Draped Floral Vase – Fused Glass Class

Celebrate creativity just in time for Mother’s Day! In this special fused glass workshop, you’ll design and build a gorgeous Draped Floral Vase — the perfect gift or a memorable experience to enjoy with someone you love.

In this class, you’ll create your vase on a generous 12″ glass base, giving your finished piece a dramatic, flowing drape as it slumps in the kiln. You’ll have access to a beautiful selection of vitrigraph stringers (hand-pulled glass elements purchased especially for this class), along with frits and other glass details to bring your floral vision to life.

Prefer a subtler look? You’re welcome to work on a smaller base — though we highly recommend the full size for maximum drama!

No glass experience needed — we’ll guide you through the entire process. Finished pieces will be fused, slumped, and ready for pick-up about 2 weeks after class — just in time to enjoy for the season!

Pricing:
A $10 ticket holds your seat. The remaining balance of $65 (for the full $75 project total for 12 inch, 8 inch is $55 total) will be paid at the class.

This workshop is appropriate for ages 16 and up. Age 12 and up may attend with a paid adult.

We recommend long pants and closed toed shoes for glass fusing workshops.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non- refundable however with at least 48 hours advanced notice you can transfer your ticket to another workshop or event, not limited to glass fusing or use your ticket price in the studio for drop in painting or fusing, just bring your printed ticket with you. With less than 48 hours notice, generally you can create the project in studio during drop in hours since all materials will have been already cut an prepped.
