Stoneware Night! @ The Ceramic Studio Etc

We’ll be showing a variety of techniques in this workshop, unlike our past events where we’ve done one technique at a time we’re ready to take on more than one glazing technique at a time, so come join the fun! Stoneware is a durable clay body that is fired to a higher temperature and is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, it’s great for kitchen pieces and anything that might withstand weather. The glazes used on Stoneware are incredible! Drippy and flowing, if you’re looking for a fun and fool proof way to glaze your next serving piece, or new favorite mug this workshop is for you! We’ll be instructing on how to use our stoneware glazes and which colors work together best. You’ll have a few of our tested color combinations to choose from and we’ll guide you through the process. No matter how alike pieces look before firing, each comes out unique and beautiful! pieces will be fired and ready for pick up within 10 days of the workshop. This class is for ages 13 and up.
