Join us for a special event where families can create a personalized "Handprint Christmas Platter"! This fun and memorable activity is perfect for kids and parents to collaborate on a unique gift for the holidays. Click the event for more details.
One of our creative instructors will guide you through every step of building a snowman, no experience required. We expect this workshop will take about 2 hours to complete. This project is appropriate for ages 16 and up, no previous clay experience is required. Teens age 13-16 may also purchase a seat if attending with a paid adult.
Clay Handbuilding is a 2 visit experience. You'll attend this evening workshop and then after the workshop we'll take your piece through the drying and initial firing process, this takes about a week. Once your piece is fired, you'll receive a message that it's time to make a return visit to the studio to glaze your piece during our open studio hours. We ask that you return to glaze your piece within 2 weeks of it's initial firing. Once you glaze your piece, it will go through a final firing and the finished piece will be ready for pick up one week or less from the day you finish glazing it! Your purchase includes both the evening workshop and the return visit to glaze!
Drop off your child for a fun, creative evening where they can paint up to three gifts for loved ones! Kids choose from a selection of items like ornaments, mugs, and small bowls, all under $25. We’ll start with a pizza dinner, then let the holiday crafting begin! Just $10 to attend, with a parent-set budget of up to $75 for gifts. After registering, you’ll receive a form to choose how many gifts your child can make and the spending limit.
Join us for evening hours to create with your sweetheart or your favorite gal pals, this is the last Saturday to create and get things back before Christmas! Participants are welcome to bring snacks and beverages with lids, BYOB! $5 to reserve a seat, fee will be applied to your project the night of the event. Our staff will be on site to teach techniques and guide you on how to use our specialty glazes. We can also teach you all the basics of fused glass at this event.
