We’ll teach you everything you need to know. We have lots of sample pieces in the studio, copy an idea we love or bring us an idea of your own and we’ll help you paint it!

We take pride in our large selection of ceramic shapes. From the young child who wants to make a polka dotted dolphin to the sophisticated young professional who needs a personalized candy dish for their desk to the mom hoping to place those precious hand and foot prints on a plate and capture a moment in time, we have it all! We top it off with an array of over 75 glaze colors and an arsenal of techniques our studio assistants teach every day. We’ll make sure your piece is something you’ll enjoy for years to come.
Kiln fired & ready in a week
Once you’ve painted your piece we’ll take it through the rest of the process. A lot happens after your piece leaves your table. We dip and dry your piece and then it’s time for the heat! Our large ceramic kilns do the magic, taking your piece from a chalky dull finish, to shiny and smooth! We always say, everything looks better shiny! Our kilns can take days to fire and cool. Our skilled Back Room Wizards take special care in finishing your pieces to perfection, there’s a lot that goes into making sure you get your piece back in just one week!
No studio fees!
We have a piece to fit every budget. Whether you’re looking for a low cost relaxing afternoon or want to make a large heirloom piece that lights up your holiday displays you’ll find just what you need on our shelves. Pottery prices start at $15. The average project tends to be around $35-$40.

Scouts
Studio Owner, Charlotte Perkins was a Girl Scout troop leader for many years in Livingston County and is passionate about supporting our local Girl Scouts. We have a program option for every level of scouting.
