CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS?  NO WORRIES.  RESCHEDULE YOURSELF FOR ANOTHER NIGHT.

Use the form below to obtain a voucher.  voucher codes are used on the CHECKOUT page when you pay for an event. Simply enter your voucher code as a coupon to redeem your voucher. Your voucher will work on any public event or private party ticket

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOWS.
Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. In the event of a kiln accident or error we will work with the customer to resolve. If item is damaged in such a way it cannot be delivered in satisfactory condition to the customer within a reasonable amount of time, a store credit to repaint/remake the item will be given for the full current price of the item.

Workshops where a specific ceramic item is purchased are final sale. If customer cannot attend the scheduled event for any reason the ceramic item is theirs to paint any time during open hours and all guidance to create the piece as in the workshop will be given by studio staff during open hours.

Clay Hand-building & Glass workshops and Stoneware Glazing workshops can be canceled for a refund with a minimum of 7 days notice. Inside of 7 days a voucher for another class will be issued for the amount of the workshop with at least one day notice.
