Indulge your creativity in our immersive fused glass workshop, where you’ll craft a stunning 4-piece Sun Chime that reflects your personal style and vision. From the moment you step in, you’ll be captivated by the possibilities, as you’re invited to shape your glass components into any form you desire, with an array of glass colors at your disposal. We will teach you everything you need to know, from cutting glass to arranging it on piece to be fired together. While the final composition must fit onto a 12″ square tile, the size variations are limitless, empowering you to experiment and innovate within this spatial framework.
To streamline the assembly process, each chime comes complete with 8 hooks seamlessly embedded in the glass, this allows the pieces to be wired together once they are completed. It will take us 10 days or less to fire all of the pieces. Upon your return to our workshop, you’ll be reunited with your fired glass parts, ready to embark on the final step of your artistic journey: assembly. When you return to pick up you’ll have a variety of beads to choose from to add to the wires you assemble your piece with!
This workshop is for 16 and up, younger teens may purchase a ticket to attend with a ticketed adult.
